In this day and age, our hands are busy with keyboards, eyes with screens, ears with the phone; trying to achieve our next career goal. “Is this natural?”. Did you know we commute for one hour and 38 minute daily, work 1,674 hours a year, spend 9 hours a day (that’s 30 YEARS of our lives) staring at screens, spend more than 14 hours a day sitting down, and spend more time on tech than sleeping. Crazy!! is not it?
Our hands, eyes, ears & nose are made for much more beautiful things.
Did you know that we, humans can go 382 days without solid food, 11 days without sleep, run 10.5 Meters per Second, lift 1,000 Pounds, dive 214 meter deep, climb 29,029ft without extra oxygen ? What have you done?
Sir Ranulph Fiennes, Alastair Humphreys, Mike Horn, Alison Teal, Felicity Aston, Sean Conway and everyone else is doing it. They are not super humans, they are just human! Just taking a challenge in life can change your existence.
